We were LID 04/11/06. Little did we know that it would take over 4 years to bring our daughter home. She was suppossed to be our 1st child, now she will be our 3rd. This is the journey to our baby girl!

Yes, it's a frustrating and long wait isn't it! When we decided to go for it in Sept 2005, wait times were still around 7-8 months, but as soon as we submitted our paperwork to the Ontario government (in Canada) in Dec 2005, we were told by our agency, that wait times in China were going to increase significantly. Just our luck.
We do have one daughter, adopted from Armenia, who has just turned 5 years old, and it is very hard telling her she will have to wait much longer for her little sister.
I really do hope we get a little bit of a speed up some time this year, to bring down our wait time. I hate to think it's going to go into 2008!
