Today is our 1 year LID anniversary! What should feel like a big deal, is just another day. We are closer to our daughter, but unfortunately we probably have another year to wait.

We were LID 04/11/06. Little did we know that it would take over 4 years to bring our daughter home. She was suppossed to be our 1st child, now she will be our 3rd. This is the journey to our baby girl!

I have been following your blog for a couple of months, love it and feel encouraged by it. My husband and I started our adoption journey in August 2005 and are currently waiting for our Referral from Thailand. I really know how hard this wait is for you - and its the not knowing how long that makes it seem nearly impossible. I think you are doing great.
